We offer a preventative / distress massage treatment in the office
The agreement is entered into between Howea Massage and the company's Human Resources / HSE department. Muscular and skeletal ailments are the most common cause of sick leave and long term sickness. The statistics form the Social Security show that more than 50% of replaced days sick beyond employer period is caused by muscle-and skeletal ailments.
As much as 25% of all working people indicate that they are plagued with and / or muscle and joint pain such as spinal, neck-and Ischia’s pain, muse arm, tennis elbow and shoulder ailments.
Muscular- and skeletal ailments lead to reduced productivity and increase sick leave, and therefore lost revenue and increased expenses for each individual business.

- The massagetherapist uses one of the company`s rooms for the treatment (small meeting room/ office)

- The employees pay for their own treatment directly to the massage therapist. Some businesses choose to pay the full amount or partial amount for their employees.

The massage therapist shows confidentiality and treats the employees with mutual respect and discretion. The massage therapist will largely target and examine specific ailments and prevent work related injuries as "painful" shoulders, back, neck, arms, etc., and they take into account the employees' needs and wants. Howea massage is responsible to find a substitute should a therapist get sick, if the company concerned is wanting this. The massage therapist is covered by their own insurance.
The massage therapist can operate from the company's own premises for a given number of days per month.
A day may be for instance 10 treatments at 30 min per treatment.
The dates in question must be determined at least 2 months prior.
Another alternative is for the company to send their employees to our clinic that is in the centre of the town.
